Bright Therapy Services, Inc is Hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Near Garland, TX

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Collect and analyze data on target behaviors to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral health and special education.

Experience:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques, principles, and methodologies.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and families.
